We are seeking highly qualified and motivated faculty members to join our Department of Management. The candidates will deliver high-quality education, mentor students, contribute to curriculum development, and support research and institutional initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Management subjects such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, Business Analytics, etc.
Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
Ability to guide student projects, dissertations, and research initiatives
Familiarity with case-study-based teaching, digital learning tools, and modern pedagogy
Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops for MBA/BBA programs
Design curriculum, teaching plans, and innovative learning methods
Guide students in projects, internships, and academic research
Participate in departmental activities, seminars, conferences, and consultancy assignments
Collaborate with industry for student placements, internships, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to institutional growth, quality assurance, and academic excellence
Basic Qualifications
Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Management (MBA/BBA)
Qualifications, experience, and pay scale as per AICTE / Affiliating University / UGC / Government of Maharashtra norms.
Preference for candidates with Ph.D., NET/SET, and relevant teaching, research, or industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the relevant subject or discipline from a recognized university
NET/SET qualification (as applicable)
Proven teaching experience in undergraduate/postgraduate programs in reputed institutions
Research publications in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, or books
Experience in guiding student projects, dissertations, or research initiatives
Exposure to online/blended learning, digital teaching tools, and modern pedagogical techniques
Industry experience or consultancy in the relevant domain (for applied subjects like Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, etc.)
Participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences at national or international level
Ability to contribute to curriculum development, institutional quality assurance, and accreditation processes
Leadership skills for departmental coordination, mentoring, and academic initiatives
