We are seeking highly qualified and motivated faculty members to join our engineering departments. The candidates will deliver high-quality instruction, mentor students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in research and institutional initiatives in their respective fields.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Artificial Intelligence
Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
Ability to guide students in projects, research, and industry-relevant applications
Proficiency in digital teaching tools, programming languages, and modern pedagogy
Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals or conferences
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses
Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methods
Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities
Participate in departmental and institutional academic, research, and consultancy initiatives
Collaborate with industry and academia for placements, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Contribute to institutional growth and academic excellence
Basic Qualifications
Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Computer, IT, E&TC, or AI
Educational qualifications, experience, and pay scale as per AICTE / Affiliating University / UGC / Government of Maharashtra norms
Preference for candidates with Ph.D., NET/SET, and relevant teaching, research, or industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Computer Science, IT, E&TC, AI, Management, etc.)
NET / SET qualification (as per UGC / AICTE norms)
Strong research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings
Experience in industry-academia collaborations, consultancy projects, or applied research
Exposure to online teaching, digital pedagogy, and e-learning platforms
Proven record of student mentoring, project supervision, and curriculum development
Participation in workshops, seminars, and professional development programs
Familiarity with emerging technologies in the field (AI/ML, IoT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, FinTech, etc.)
Professional certifications relevant to the subject area (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, Google Cloud, AI certifications)
Experience in curriculum design aligned with industry trends and accreditation requirements
Ability to lead research labs, centers of excellence, or student innovation initiatives
